Today's pattern and video is this quick and easy (beginner friendly) Headband Pattern. I had two of these beautiful cotton blend yarn from Lion Brand Yarn, the Twisted Cotton Blend.
This headband is made entirely with slip stitches worked in the back loop creating a ribbed fabric.

MATERIALS
🔸Crochet Hook - Knitter's Pride Rose
Abbreviations
ch – Chain
st(s) – Stitch(es)
sl st(s) – Slip Stitch(es)
tbl - Through Back loop (BLO - Back loop only)
Size: 21-22" Circumference | 4" Width
Notes: This pattern is for an adult however you can adjust it to any size. Follow the written pattern or video tutorial for instructions on how to adjust to your size.
Foundation: ch15 or any number of sts for the width of the headband.
Row 1: 1sl st in 2nd ch from hook and every ch st across.
Row 2: ch1, turn, 1sl st tbl in every st across.
Repeat Row 2 for a total of 75 rows or until desired circumference size.
Fasten off leaving a long (approx. 12") tail. Bring the short ends together. Fold each end in half. Place the folded ends together. Using the tapestry needle, insert the needle through all layers back and forth in every st. Secure and weave in ends.
