Standing Half Double Crochet Stitch Tutorial

Hi friends! I'm so excited to finally share the tutorial for the Standing Half Double Crochet Stitch! I just posted the Standing Single Crochet Stitch and will be posting the Standing Double Crochet Stitch soon! If you are familiar with my designs, I love to use the chainless double crochet stitch but if I am changing colors, I prefer to use the standing stitches.

The Standing Half Double Crochet Stitch allows you to fasten on a new yarn without pulling it through and chaining 1. This makes the fabric look much cleaner.

Scroll down for the video tutorial which is also available for left-handed crocheters. Do you use the Standing Single Crochet Stitch? What do you use it for?

Your video tutorial sounds fantastic, especially for left-handed crocheters too! It's great that you're making your instructions accessible to everyone. coreball
