Hi everyone! Today's pattern & video is on this pretty Crochet Snap Dragon Stitch! I crocheted the Sea Breeze Slouch using this stitch.

SKILL LEVEL – Beginner
NOTES – Pattern is written in US terms.
INSTRUCTIONS
Chain in multiples of 8 +1
Row 1 (RS): 1sc in the 2nd ch from hook, [sk3, Shell st, sk3, 1sc in next]. Rep bet [ ] across.
Row 2: ch5 (counts as 1tr & 1ch) & turn, sk1dc, [dc3tog over the next 3 sts, ch3, 1sc in next st, ch3, dc3tog over the next 3 sts, ch1, sk3]. Rep between [ ] across ending with, sk1 (instead of sk3), 1tr in last st.
Row 3: ch1, Shell in the next sc, 1sc in ch1 sp]. Rep bet [ ] across working the last sc in the space before the turning ch.
Repeat rows 2-3 until the desired size. Ending on row 3 will give you a flat edge.
FINISHING
Fasten off and weave in all ends. Block as desired.
