No Shades of Grey Challenge!

Hi everyone! I'm super excited about a challenge I am working on!

Did you know the third Monday in January is called Blue Monday? Blue Monday is supposedly the saddest day of the year, due to a combination of bad weather, long nights, and the lingering aftermath of the festive glut. That’s why I've accepted the #Noshadesofgrey Challenge today!

I am to choose at least 4 colors from Hobbii Yarns. I love this color combo I found on HGTV's blog.

I knew this would be the perfect happy color to brighten even the bluest day! So found some colors that matched this combo!

These are the super bulky version of the Amigo line, Amigo Giga.

I knitted a chunky beanie (it is still January after all, and cold). I'm thinking a matching Cowl will go well with it, yeah? I also have lighter weight yarn in this color combo. This is the Amigo XL which to me should have been the name for the Super Bulky? I guess it make sense since they have another lighter version of the Amigo Yarn.

I can't wait to finish this up and write up the pattern! Stick around for the release of these patterns! Here's what the beanie looks like, he's such a goofball!

What do you think about all these colors?? I wanted something super bright but complimentary together.
