How to Knit a Bobble Stitch Video


Hi Friends! I have another Knit Stitch Video. I admit when I first started knitting, the bobble stitch was intimidating to me. It all seemed too complicated but if you think about it in parts, it really is quite simple.

Okay, let's knit! The video is available for LEFT-Handed knitters as well.





ABBREVIATIONS co - Cast on

st(s) - Stitch(es)

k - knit p - Purl rep - Repeat

k3tog - Knit 3 stitches together

p3tog - Purl 3 stitches together


Bobble Stitch tutorial INSTRUCTIONS VIDEO TUTORIAL

k to the stitch you want to make your bobble stitch.


k front, k back, k front all in the next stitch (3 sts)


Turn your work,


p these 3 sts, turn

k3, turn p3, turn


k3tog.


That's it!



If for some reason you need to make a bobble on the wrong side, just swap the k/p sts.


k front, back, front in the same st, turn

k3, turn

p3, turn

k3, turn

p3tog.
