Just released is the knit Sweetheart Slouch. I know I'm sorta late on the Valentine's Day patterns but I figure better late than never! I have an issue with getting myself organized because I want to design so many things.. I actually designed and crocheted this beanie first and then was asked if I would have a knitted version (usually it's the other way around; crocheters wanting a knit design I published!). My testers got back to me super quick with this one so I'm able to release it first!

For this beanie, I used Lion Brand's, Wool Ease, Thick & Quick. I used Charcoal and Carousel which makes the contrasting color extra pretty!

There are 4 sizes available: Baby (Toddler, Child, Adult). This pattern uses Super Bulky weight yarn and I used just the one skein (106 yards) for the main color & about half the skein of the contrasting color. Click below photos for the different yarns you can substitute with.
Another option is Lion Brand's Hometown USA, 100% Acrylic Yarn.
Here are some of my favorite needles I use to make beanies. This pattern requires 16" knitting needles but you can always use Double Pointed Needles (which I'm not a fan of!)
I'm including needles that I don't use anymore but are great for beginners on a budget not wanting to spend too much. The fixed 16" bamboo ($8.28) are the ones I started using to learn with.
