This pattern uses Super Bulky weight yarn in 2 colors, the Main Color and a Contrasting Color.
There are 5 sizes available Baby (Toddler, Child, Adult, Lg Adult). I used Lion Brand's Hometown USA, 100% Acrylic Yarn. You can use any super bulky weight yarn like Lion Brand's Wool Ease Thick & Quick Yarn.
Here are some of my favorite needles I use to make beanies. This pattern requires 16" knitting needles but you can always use Double Pointed Needles (which I'm not a fan of!)
I'm including needles that I don't use anymore but are great for beginners that don't want to spend that much. These are the ones I started using to learn with.
