I used Lion Brand's Feels like Butta yarn. I love this yarn because it's so soft and buttery... it's a treat to work with. It's crocheted with mostly single and double crochet stitches adding subtle puff stitches. I love these longer, smaller puff stitches. Sometimes you don't want to go bold and have smaller, less distracting designs.
Don't get me wrong, I love in-your-face designs too! :)

This pattern is adaptable to any weight yarn so long as you use the appropriate hook size for the body. I would go down 1-2 hook sizes for the brim.
