Today's tutorial is on the Crochet Knit Stitch. This stitch is also known as the Waistcoat Stitch. This stitch creates a "V" shape stitch that mimics knit stitches.
Let's get started!
Supplies: Yarn & recommended hook size for yarn
The Knit Stitch Tutorial (in the round)
Step 1: Chain as many chains as you'd like & join the round, careful not to twist stitches
Step 2: Single crochet into the same stitch and each stitch around. Slip stitch to the top of the first single crochet.
Step 3: Now you will crochet in the "V" shape posts (marked with markers) between each stitch. When you pull up your first loop, make sure the stitches are loose.
Step 4: Continue to crochet into the "posts" of each stitch around. Slip stitch to the first single crochet.
Repeat Step 3 & 4 until desired size.
