Crochet Velvet Throw Blanket Pattern & Tutorial

Updated: Nov 7, 2020

Hi there! It's finally time to reveal the full Velvet Throw Blanket! This was a super fun design!

This project is sponsored by Joannstores.com but the design and my opinions are my own. Annnnnnd Joann Stores will give one winner all they need to make this exact throw blanket including a special holiday surprise gift. Head on over to my Instagram (@designsbyphanessa) for more details and enter the giveaway!

Have you tried Bernat Velvet Yarn? It's so soft and squishy! And just for additional texture, I also used the Bernat Symphony. I love the colors in the Symphony. There's so many to chose from! It was definitely hard to choose. I must have spent way too long inside Joann's suffocating from my face mask. Don't worry, I made it out okay lol.

I picked the Royal color with the Symphony and then looked for matching colors in the Velvet. I wanted to use mostly velvet because it's so soft and it's just the type of squishy I want to curl up with while binge watching Netflix.

Don't forget to subscribe to my blog and follow me over on Instagram @Designsbyphanessa. It's the platform I use the most to announce new patterns, request for testers and host giveaways!

The description makes it easy to imagine how it fits into different interior styles while adding a cozy, elegant touch. I recently saw a related discussion that explored home décor trends and material choices, which complemented this nicely. The way you explained the topic was very clear and helpful, and it aligns with thoughtful design communication often appreciated at https://thesagelawgroup.ca/, where presentation and clarity are key values.

This was such a warm and creative post to read. The way you described the cozy aesthetic and overall inspiration behind UmamiCozy made the concept feel very inviting and relatable. I recently read a similar discussion mentioning https://www.attn2detail.info/ that explored how thoughtful design and personal touches can completely change the feel of a space or brand experience. Really appreciated the calm and authentic tone of this article.

This throw design has such a warm and elegant aesthetic. The textures and color choices create a very cozy feel, and the styling ideas throughout the post were inspiring without being overcomplicated. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the creative presentation. I recently saw a similar discussion on a review blog that mentioned https://www.goprogaragedoorrepair.com/, and it highlighted how thoughtful craftsmanship and reliability can leave a lasting impression no matter the industry. Beautiful work and a lovely read overall.
